The CNO has resources and the power to bring solutions to address problems, enable collaboration, and develop the environment for project success.

Team Leader J.K. Primary role: Nurse ManagerLeadership StylesTransformational Leadership: Emphasizes the leading of people and encouraging them to do their best in order to find better solutions and be committed to projects’ objectives. It has been found that transformatory leadership has positive link with team employees’ interest and productivity (Jankelová et al., 2021).Servant Leadership: The requirements of the team come first and must be guided to be productive and contribute to the project. It ensures workplace partnership and cooperation that enhances employee relationship hence resulting to organizational relationship (Petkovic et al., 2023).Importance to the Project’s SuccessTransnational leadership motivates the people on the team towards improvement, thus ensuring that they undertake the tasks in manner that is in line with the goals of the project. For instance the leader may be involved in inspirational meetings to champion the implementation of the training programs.Regarding the resources, servant leadership will guarantee that a team’s members’ concerns will be heard and addressed and the required tools and time for different training sessions will be provided.
Stakeholders
Identify 3–4 key stakeholders for the project. These should be distinct from the team members. Stakeholders have a vested interest in the planned change and represent a wide variety of people and organizations, e.g., patients, family members, policy makers, advocacy groups, providers, community resources, health promotion organizations, nonprofit groups, etc.  Use fictional names or initials when identifying stakeholders. Communication Plan
Communication PlanBased on this context, this paper identifies and explains the communication plan for this project as follows: Synchronous communication observed during this work include, daily virtual meetings, daily face-to-face meetings, and weekly team conferences. Email and project status reports will always help provide information, so the team members will be updated between the meetings. Stakeholders will be involved in surveys and focus group discussions to request their opinion about the project to assist in the project. Further, the status reports of progress made every month and an executive summary of progress and issues to date will be presented to the executive sponsor.Measures will be taken to handle possible problems like lack of time to organize face-to-face meetings and problems of representation of the participants in feedback. It also includes the strategies to address the cultural relate issues and how the communicational plans that involve multiple channels will be used in support of the collaborative and the successful completion of the project. Studies show that also, communication can enhance the performance of the team and bring better understanding of the objectives of the project in mind (Jankelová et al., 2021). Moreover, the integration of the stakeholder feedback makes everyone to be involved and increases chances of project success.
